How it works

From ad click to attributed revenue, automatically.

Nexgen Call watches the whole journey and stitches it together, so every conversation lands in the right column of your report.

01

Insert dynamic numbers

Our tracking script swaps the phone number on your site per visitor, so each session gets a unique number from your pool.

02

Capture the call & visit

When the call comes in we record the visit context against that number: source, GCLID, UTMs, keyword, and landing page.

03

Stitch & classify

The call is joined to the visit and classified in seconds as a real customer, a repeat caller, or spam.

04

Report the ROI

Revenue rolls up by source, campaign, and keyword, and every qualified call goes to your CRM or webhook as it happens.

Call tracking & DNI

A tracked number for every source, pooled and dynamic.

Give each campaign, channel, or landing page its own number, or let a shared pool assign numbers per visitor for keyword-level attribution.

  • Dynamic Number Insertion swaps numbers on-page per session, no code beyond one snippet.
  • Number pools that recycle automatically so a few numbers cover thousands of visits.
  • Local & toll-free numbers bought from your own Twilio account and mapped to any source.

Attribution & ROI

Prove which campaigns actually make the phone ring.

Every call carries its full marketing context, down to the paid keyword. Tie calls to closed revenue and answer what a lead actually costs you, per channel.

  • Keyword-, campaign-, and source-level attribution with GCLID & UTM capture.
  • Log call outcomes and job value to turn calls into revenue and ROAS.
  • Send every call to your CRM or any webhook. Google Ads offline conversions are next on the roadmap.
Call review & lead quality

Know which calls were real opportunities.

Recording is on per source, spam and repeat callers are filtered out of your reports automatically, and your team tags what actually happened on the call.

  • Recording per source, with the whisper that tells the rep where the call came from before they say hello.
  • Spam and repeat-caller detection keeps junk out of your reports and out of your cost per lead.
  • Tag calls, mark qualified leads, log the job value, and route the good ones to your team.
  • Transcripts and keyword-based lead scoring are an add-on we switch on for your workspace. Ask for it and we will set it up with you.

“Hi, I saw your ad. Do you repair standing-seam metal roofs in Coral Gables?”
“We do. When did the leak start, and is it an insurance claim?”
“Last week’s storm. Yes, filing a claim. Can someone come Thursday?”

Call flows & routing

Route every call the right way, every time.

Ring one rep, a round-robin, or several numbers at once, with agent whispers, business hours, and voicemail fallback, so no lead hits a dead end.

  • Ring-one, round-robin, or multi-number routing with agent whispers.
  • Business-hours & off-hours handling with voicemail fallback.
  • Automatic SMS text-back on missed calls so hot leads don’t go cold.
Outbound & two-way SMS

Follow up by call and text, with the compliance rails built in.

Run outbound dialer and broadcast campaigns from your tracked numbers, with opt-outs and calling hours enforced by the platform rather than by memory.

  • Power dialer and SMS broadcast from your tracked numbers, once your Twilio 10DLC registration is approved.
  • Missed-call text-back fires automatically, and replies land in the message thread for that number.
  • STOP opt-outs honored automatically, scoped to your account and re-checked before every dial.
  • Calling hours held to 8am to 9pm in the recipient's own time zone, on top of the window you set.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How does dynamic number insertion work?
You add one lightweight script to your site. When a visitor arrives, Nexgen Call assigns them a number from your pool and swaps it into the page. When they call, we already know the ad, keyword, and campaign that brought them, so the call is attributed automatically.
What do I need before numbers go live?
Your own Twilio account. You open it, pass Twilio’s identity checks, add funds, then paste the account SID and auth token into your workspace. After that, buying a number and mapping it to a source takes a couple of minutes. Budget an hour or two for the Twilio side the first time, and longer if you plan to send SMS, which also needs 10DLC registration with Twilio before carriers will deliver your messages.
Will it push calls into Google Ads as conversions?
Not yet. Google Ads offline-conversion upload is next on the roadmap. Today every qualified call, with its outcome and value if you log them, is delivered to GoHighLevel or to any webhook endpoint you configure, so your CRM and automations see calls as they happen.
Can an agency manage multiple clients?
Yes, on the Agency plan. Each client gets an isolated workspace with its own numbers, reports, users, and data, and you switch between them from one login. We set the client workspaces up with you rather than leaving you to provision them, which is why the Agency plan starts with a conversation instead of a card.
Who is responsible for recording consent and SMS consent?
You are, and the product is built to help. Recording is a per-source setting, opt-outs are honored automatically across your workspace, and outbound campaigns are held inside an 8am to 9pm window in the recipient’s own time zone. Read the recording consent guidance before you switch recording on, and the Acceptable Use Policy before you run an outbound campaign.
